For over a decade, I've been passionate about empowering women in technical fields. I co-founded the Women in Physics student organization in college, mentored women engineers through Built By Girls and Hackbright Academy, and currently serve as an LP at Bad Bitch Empire, investing in women-led companies.

With 10+ years of STEM teaching experience—from Stanford summer programs to CSU mathematics courses—I specialize in helping technical professionals communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently.

As a former founding engineer and Engineering Lead who managed technical teams, I understand both the challenges of building great software and the unique obstacles women face advancing in tech. Having served as an application reviewer and instructor for Stanford's Summer Institutes, I know how to identify and develop the strategic thinking that sets senior engineers apart.
